Fac mult...Nici eu nu sunt prea experta la dulceata. Fac mult mai usor compot sau alte conserve, decat dulceata. Trebuie sa o "pazesti" mai mult pe foc si e mai migalos de curatat fructele si de scos samburii, etc.<br /><br />Eu am desfacut de mure la vreo 2 sapt dupa ce am facut-o si de visine cam la 1-2 luni.
